  • Qualifications and Experience:
  1. B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineeering and added with MBA
  2. Minimum experience of 12 years experience in large electrical engineering construction department or division
  3. Must be member of a professional engineering body: COREN, NSE, IEE etc.
  4. Experience should include planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and cash flow management of complex projects
  5. Proficiency in an ERP Solutions and with competencies in Project Management, CAD and Microsoft Office Suite

 

* Technical Manager

Skills, Competencies and Requirements:

  1. General Requirements:
  • Experienced in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to analyze financial data
  • Ability and proven experience in managing, motivating and communicating with interdependent groups of people is essential
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

  1. Technical expertise in power management and power distribution design

  4. Experience should include planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and cash flow management of complex projects
  5. Proficiency in an ERP Solutions and with competencies in Project Management, CAD and Microsoft Office/Prima Vera (PMO)

  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • B.Sc Accounting
  • 6 – 8 years experience in the finance team of a medium sized fast moving construction, manufacturing or banking environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in management accounting or financial management.
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting issues and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of SAGE Accounting Systems (or similar).
  • Chartered Accountant / MBA
  • Experience with Accounting standards, budgets, forecasts, financials and quarterly audits are required.

* Commercial Manager

Skills, Competencies and Requirements:

  2. Analysis of drawings, technical reports and bills of quantities.
  3. Knowledge of construction and contract law
  4. Sound working knowledge of the various forms of conditions of contract used for civil engineering projects.
  5. The ability to collect and use data for selection of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
  6. Able to use appropriate techniques for recording and documentation of information including registration of interest, preparation of bills of quantities and analysis of tenders
  7. To be able to demonstrate knowledge and usage of civil law in the context of construction.
  8. Understand the provisions of the standard forms of contract and sub-contract commonly in use in the civil engineering industry
  9. Understanding of disputes resolution.

 

  • Qualifications and Experience
  1. B.Sc/HND with MBA in Engineering and/or Marketing and/or Law
  2. Minimum of 8 years of Marketing experience with large project experience in Construction, Oil and Power Industries
  3. Must have reputable professional certification in related function and industry
  4. Proficiency in an ERP Solutions

* Strategic Alliance Manager

Specific Requirements:

  • Functional Skills and Competencies
  • Experience building alliances with systems integration companies and key partners at an executive level
  • Must have strong business acumen and capability to develop and managing strategic plans with partner and company executives

Qualifications and Experience
